Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of Kunoi and all scripts, notes, rebuttals, tags, files, links, and communications processed through the Service. You must use Kunoi lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that respects the rights and safety of others.

2. Illegal or harmful activity

You may not use Kunoi to create, facilitate, promote, or coordinate:

• fraud, scams, impersonation, extortion, bribery, or deceptive commercial practices;
• harassment, threats, stalking, intimidation, exploitation, or violence;
• unlawful discrimination or exclusion based on protected characteristics;
• the sale or distribution of illegal goods or services;
• money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other financial crime; or
• any conduct that violates applicable law or another person’s legal rights.

3. Calls, outreach, and communications

You are responsible for determining whether you may lawfully contact a person and what disclosures or consent are required. You may not use Kunoi to:

• send unlawful spam or conduct outreach that violates telemarketing, consumer-protection, do-not-call, or direct-marketing laws;
• conceal your identity or the commercial nature of a communication where disclosure is required;
• record or monitor a call without legally required notice or consent;
• misrepresent products, pricing, outcomes, endorsements, or material terms; or
• continue contacting a person after a legally valid opt-out or revocation of consent.

4. Privacy and sensitive information

You may not submit personal information unless you are authorized to process it and your use complies with applicable privacy law. Do not use Kunoi to store:

• patient records or protected health information;
• full payment-card numbers, card security codes, or bank credentials;
• passwords, authentication secrets, or private cryptographic keys;
• Social Security numbers, passport numbers, driver’s-license numbers, or equivalent government identifiers;
• precise location histories, biometric templates, or highly sensitive personal profiles; or
• information about children.

Do not include confidential information in a shared script unless you are authorized to give every intended recipient access.

5. Intellectual property

You may not upload, copy, share, sell, or remix material that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, trade secret, confidentiality, privacy, publicity, or other rights. You must honor licenses and restrictions that apply to third-party scripts and content.

6. Security and platform integrity

You may not:

• introduce malware, destructive code, or harmful links;
• probe, scan, or test Kunoi for vulnerabilities without written authorization;
• bypass authentication, plan limits, access controls, rate limits, or security features;
• access another user’s account, scripts, notes, or administrative data without permission;
• use bots or automated requests that burden, scrape, or disrupt the Service;
• reverse engineer Kunoi except where that restriction is prohibited by law; or
• use credentials, tokens, or access obtained through error after you know access is unauthorized.

If you discover a vulnerability or unintended access, stop testing, preserve evidence, and report it to legal@kunoi.app.

7. High-risk and regulated uses

Kunoi may assist a human in following a script, but it must not be used as the sole basis for decisions that determine a person’s eligibility for employment, housing, credit, insurance, healthcare, education, legal services, or another similarly significant opportunity.

Users in regulated industries are responsible for their own approvals, recordkeeping, disclosures, supervision, and compliance. Kunoi is not certified for emergency communications, classified information, export-controlled technical data, payment-card processing, or HIPAA-regulated patient records.

8. Automated and AI-generated content

If Kunoi introduces AI-assisted script generation, you must review generated content before using it. You may not present generated claims as verified facts without appropriate review, use AI features to imitate a real person deceptively, or use generated scripts to evade this Policy.

9. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, restrict sharing, suspend features, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary. We consider the severity, recurrence, intent, impact, and cooperation of the user. When appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the public, investigate fraud or security incidents, or enforce our agreements.

10. Reporting concerns

Report suspected abuse, infringement, unsafe content, or security issues with enough detail for us to investigate. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in your report.
