Subscription & Cancellation Terms
These terms explain how paid Kunoi plans renew, how to cancel or change a plan, and what happens to content after a downgrade.
Important: paid billing is still being planned. Pricing, refund handling, trial behavior, payment-provider mechanics, and cancellation steps must be updated to match the final checkout before these terms are published.
1. Scope
These Subscription and Cancellation Terms supplement the Kunoi Terms of Service. They apply when you purchase a paid Kunoi plan from Cloutfuse LLC. If checkout presents plan-specific terms that conflict with this document, the more specific terms presented at checkout control for that purchase.
2. Plans and features
Kunoi may offer a Free plan and one or more paid plans, including Pro. Features, usage limits, billing intervals, and prices are displayed in the Service or at checkout. We may change or retire plan features as the Service develops, subject to applicable law and reasonable notice for material adverse changes.
Administrative access is an internal authorization role and is not included merely because a user purchases a paid plan.
3. Billing authorization
When you purchase a paid plan, you authorize Cloutfuse LLC and its payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for the displayed price, applicable taxes, and any purchases you separately approve.
You must provide accurate billing information and keep your payment method current. Our payment provider may store and process payment credentials under its own terms and privacy policy. Kunoi does not intend to receive or store full card numbers.
4. Automatic renewal
Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, paid subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods equal to the original billing period until canceled. The renewal charge will be the then-current price disclosed to you, subject to any notice required by law.
By starting a recurring subscription, you expressly authorize recurring charges until cancellation. We will disclose the billing interval and material renewal terms before purchase and provide a confirmation that includes cancellation information.
5. Taxes
Displayed prices may exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for sales, use, value-added, withholding, or similar taxes associated with your purchase, excluding taxes based on Cloutfuse LLC’s net income. We or our payment provider may collect taxes where required.
6. Trials and promotions
If Kunoi offers a trial or promotional price, the duration, eligibility, and price after the promotion will be disclosed before enrollment. Unless stated otherwise, a trial that requires a payment method converts to a paid recurring subscription at the end of the trial unless canceled beforehand.
We may limit trial eligibility to prevent abuse. Promotional offers may not be combined unless we expressly allow it.
7. How to cancel
You may cancel a paid subscription through the account or billing settings made available in Kunoi. If self-service cancellation is unavailable, contact legal@kunoi.app from the email associated with your account.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily end access immediately. Unless otherwise stated, paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app or stopping use does not by itself cancel a subscription.
8. Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partially used billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly so we can investigate.
Nothing in this Section limits cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction. The final refund approach should be reviewed before paid checkout launches.
9. Upgrades, downgrades, and price changes
An upgrade may take effect immediately and may result in a prorated charge or credit as disclosed during the change. A downgrade ordinarily takes effect at the next renewal date unless the Service states otherwise.
We may change paid-plan prices. For existing subscriptions, a price change will take effect no earlier than the next renewal after any notice required by law. If you do not agree to the new price, cancel before it becomes effective.
10. Content after a downgrade
If you downgrade to a plan with lower limits, scripts, notes, or other content over the limit may become read-only. You may need to delete or export content before creating new items. We will display the applicable limit and available options in the Service.
We will not intentionally delete excess content solely because of a downgrade without reasonable notice, but we may eventually remove data from inactive or terminated accounts under the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
11. Failed payments
If a charge fails, we or our payment provider may retry the payment and ask you to update your payment method. We may suspend paid features or downgrade the account after reasonable notice. You remain responsible for amounts lawfully due.
12. Suspension or termination
If Kunoi terminates a paid subscription without cause, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of the billing period. No refund is owed where access is suspended or terminated for nonpayment, fraud, abuse, or a material violation of our agreements, except where required by law.
13. Receipts and notices
We may send receipts, renewal notices, failed-payment messages, and material subscription updates to the email associated with your account. Keep that email current and review messages from Kunoi and its payment provider.
